Progressly is built with a privacy-first approach. All your data stays exclusively on your device — nothing is ever collected, transmitted, or shared.
Progressly ("the App") is a personal productivity application developed by Muhammad Shoaib Khalid ("Developer", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it on your Android device.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy is intentionally simple because the App is designed with an offline-first, privacy-first architecture — your data belongs to you and stays with you.
Progressly does not collect, transmit, store remotely, or share any of the following:
The App has no internet connectivity. There are no third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking libraries of any kind.
All data you create within Progressly is stored exclusively on your device using Android's Room (SQLite) database and Jetpack DataStore. This includes:
This data never leaves your device. It is not backed up to any server operated by us. Standard Android system backups (if enabled in your device settings) may include this data — this is controlled entirely by you and the Android OS, not by the App.
The App requests only the following permissions, each used solely for core functionality:
No other permissions are requested. The App does not access contacts, camera, microphone, storage, or location.
Progressly does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or SDKs that collect data. There are no advertisements, no analytics platforms (such as Firebase or Crashlytics), and no external dependencies that communicate over the network.
Progressly is a general-purpose productivity tool not directed at children under the age of 13. Since the App collects no personal data from any user, no special measures for children's data are applicable beyond this statement.
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control at all times. You can delete individual tasks, durations, or goals directly from within the App using the delete actions on each screen.
To remove all App data permanently, simply uninstall the App. There is no account to delete and no server-side data to request removal of.
If we make material changes to this Privacy Policy, the updated policy will be published at the same URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
